Offline and Missing Data Status
| Offline (red plug icon) |  |
This indicates where the logger has been offline for more than 2 hours from the expected schedule time or the logger has been offline over the last 30 days. |
| Missing Data (yellow warning triangle icon) |  |
Where expected data over the previous 7 days has not been seen this icon will appear in the sensor configuration window (which opens when you click on the spanner icon) - the warning gives no indication to the amount of missing data |
How to Setup Offline and Missing Data Alerts
Users can be alerted if their loggers go offline by entering in an email address or a comma separated list of email addresses, into the Offline Alarm Email Recipients field.
- On the top menu bar click on Settings.
- Click on the Client Settings tab.
- Enter in an email address or a comma separated list of email addresses, into the Offline Alarm Email Recipients: field.
- Click the Update button.
