Providing a publicly accessible graph is a simple process which allows you to share specific information in real time. Following these steps will ensure that your audience can view
1) Locate the graph of your choice and click on the cog icon on the top right, then select 'Make Graph Public...'
2) A dialog box will appear confirming this chart is now set to 'public' and which instructs you to click on the link icon which has now appeared next to the cogs
3) Click on the link icon and another dialog box appears which then provides you with the specific URL which you can choose to distribute to other users, embed in a website or save to your phone. This link will then provide a live view of the graph in question. Copy and paste the link into an email and send it to yourself if you wish to have it saved for future use, or send it to others for their own use
Configuring for Windows desktop access
1) Copy the link
2) Right click on desktop, select New > Shortcut
3) Paste link into free-text box, click Next, then Finish
4) a new link has been created on your desktop, re-name for clarity if required
Configuring for mobile use on APPLE devices
1) Once you click on the link it will open up the chart in a Safari browser page. At the bottom of the page will be a 'share' icon - click on that
2) This will open up a range of sharing options - choose the 'Add to Home Screen' icon
3) Select this icon, name it (eg the OP number or site name), and now you will have a permanent tile on your screen which links to the live graph
Configuring for mobile use on ANDROID devices
1) Once you click on the link it will open up the chart in a Chrome browser page. At the top right of the page are three dots, vertically arranged. Click on them and this screen will appear
