How to raise a support request

To raise a support request

1. Click Submit a request at the top of the page.
2. Enter a subject and description of the problem. Please enter as much details as you can provide on the problem for us to better address the problem you're facing.
3. Add an attachment - please note the limit of 7MB file size for any attachments.
4. Submit.
