Your Outpost loggers needs to connect to Outpost Central network to perform it's function. The loggers do so by dialing at a prescribed interval, according to the set connection schedule. During a connection, the logger will upload its data payload. It also receives further configuration from the server, depending on whether there has been changes to its configuration.
