Managing Users – Outpost Support

Accessing the User Management Tab

1.	Sign into outpostcentral.com
2.	Click on the Users tab located on the top toolbar of the page

Add a User

Delete a User

Change a Password

Check a User Password

1.	Click on the Add User button on the top left side of the screen
2.	Enter a username using the persons email address The response, "Username and service type combination already exists" is displayed if the typed username is already in use - a different unique username needs to be chosen.
3.	Enter a password for the client that is memorable for both parties. Create a system that works for you, that can be remembered if you are not near your computer to look it up E.g. First letter of their name, and last four digits of their phone number
4.	Enter the users email address, Important if they wish to receive emailed pdf reports
5.	Click the Create button

1.	Click on the username of the user you would like to delete
2.	Click the Delete button
3.	Confirm the deletion by clicking the OK button

1.	Click on the username of the user you would like to change
2.	Update the password
3.	Click the update button
