You can manually download input data from the sites by doing the following:
- On the main Sites page, click on the Config Sensors (
) tool. - A new Sensor Config window will open.
- Click the input you wish to retrieve the data.
- A new Input Settings page will open.
- On the Data tab, specify the dates you wish for the data and click on Refresh button.
- From field - enter or select the date the data starts
- To field - enter or select the date of the final data
- Click Export Data link.
You may receive a warning if datapoints for the period specified exceeds 2000 datapoints. This is because the graph is unable to render with more than 2000 datapoints.
You will receive a downloaded CSV file with data range as specified.
